I love burrito boys but when I ordered late at night tonight the soft shell was hard. Perhaps it needed to be warmed up to... soften? Also my shrimp taco was cold, I was expecting for the shrimp to at least be warm but I picked it up and ate it as soonas I got in my car and it was cold. Read more
This location, service, tasty food and all the smiles I received 2 in the morning was such a pleasant surprise. After working... in the events and restaurant industry getting out late and being very limited with food options, to have a friendly burrito boysto make fresh to order food was amazing and so refreshing. Now definitely a go to for my late meals, everything was delicious,tasty and none of the taste of the food was compromised by bad service. We recently moved in the area and me and my husband were very excited to try burrito boyz but we were so disappointed . Firstly... my burrito was 4 side toast but it was normal toasted cashier got it to n computer I guess the lady who made it never told grillperson . Secondly my burrito had guacamole and the lady who made my burrito didn?t put it when I asked her did u put guacamoleshe just said no and didn?t even apologize and told me that she can give it on side like how I am suppose to eat it on side withburrito. the turban guy was nice (this 1 star is for him )enough to say sorry and asked me if I want they can remake it butthe lady went to the grill person, had him open my burrito that was already grilled and sealed on one side and she put guacamolein it and obviously it didn?t seal at all after and right when I had first bite whole burrito opened and I ate it with spoonlike a bowl and threw the tortilla . It would nice if they hired people that understand basic english so that they could take a simple order over the phone. The... international students can barely take note of my phone number and it is extremely aggravating. Ive actually had to cut the callmid order and drive to the store as it harder/ stressful to place an order over the phone than it is to walk on hot Lava. Youhave lost me as a customer. 3.5/5- The food was nice and hot, made fast. However, the rice was not cooked fully, in the naked burrito, and burrito.
Stopped here while driving by to pick up a couple of naked bowls for lunch. The entrance to the plaza and the exit is a bit odd... as it is near a major intersection. The two vegan naked bowls are now a standard fare for us and have tried these at manylocations and we can tell if this was a bit out of whack. But this was not. Instead the quantity was slightly more than otherlocations. The bowls were made to the customizations we like. The service was quick and the interior was clean and had allpandemic related safety protocols in place. Read more
Ever since this place came under new ownership few months ago it?s been a game changer. We had stopped coming to this burrito... boyz because of small portion size and poor and pathetic service before. But now all employees are well trained, always smilingand their portion size is the best! The turban guy and the other guys are so polite and take care of the order andcustomizations well!
