I cannot believe how RUDE and untrained the staff is at this location. Getting attitude while placing my order. When you don't... hear me or need me to repeat myself, you don't shout "What?". At least act human. Handing me my food and drink without evenlooking at me or acknowledging me. Ordered a iced tea, syrup in the machine was running low so I asked for a replacement. Thenyou take my drink, open it, look at me and tell me I'm wrong? You never even tasted it you just assume I'm trying to give you ahard time? For what? Grow up. Great food! It?s frustrating that even though you do drive through they make you get out of your order and go pick up your order... if they can?t have it ready. The employees should be the ones coming out and handing the orders over. Customers shouldn?t behaving to leave their cars. Read more
my veggie burger was sooo burnt I couldn?t even eat it. I called the restaurant to let them know and the lady hung up on me
The employee named Karan doesn?t deserve to work with customers. He should consider switching his career. Never eating from this... location again. I as a customer always make sure that I treat every employee with utmost respect but this guy doesn?t deserveany respect. I wish the management was responsive and took action but I guess they don?t care about the rude behaviour ofemployees towards the customers. Read more
