If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location to get my free birthday drink and was told that "we don't do that... here." Had to wait almost 20 mins in a short line, there was only 1 person working.(She was doing a good job though) When I got to the... cash, they have adjusted the prices on a sheet in front of you. What I wanted to order would have been almost $2 more than whattheir menu board says it would. They were out of stock and I couldent even order what I wanted after everything. At least get alittle "out of stock sticker" so I dont waste my time in line. Read more

Its nice full big jumbo glass with mango flavour and lots of bubbles . One drink is sufficient for 2 or 3 people . Diet... cautious must faraway from this place loads of sugar included in it costs me around 12 $ cad . Must try once for drink lovers Read more

I really enjoy the Mango Ceylon tea from Bubble Tease, and usually go all the way to the Heartland location. I was naturally... really happy when I found out there was a location in Brampton, close to where I live...Super disappointed! Staff is nothelpful, and they seem to have different rules and prices every time I go- no extra tapioca after 7 and another day, no extratapioca on weekends, and they recently increased the price to 99 cents for tapioca, and there was no sign to show this...I endedup having to pay over $7 just for a plain mango black tea and extra tapioca...seems like they just decide on the day of and gowith it...they're not friendly and don't treat the customer well...when I asked the guy if this is the only location whichcharges 99 cents instead of 49 cents, he rudely said "yeah we work here, we know, I don't know what other locations do, butthat's our price here"....They act like they're doing you a favor by giving you something which you PAID for...I'm sorry, but itdoesn't work that way...you're better off going to Real Fruit Bubble Tea on the lower level, where they actually have a goodproduct, good prices and good customer service skills.
