Reviews for Bowlero Brampton in Brampton, ON
Nice place to enjoy bowling. They conduct various leagues also. Enjoy bowling time. Visit wth family and party hard
Bowling lanes are weel maintained. Staff are good. I would like to recommend that the prices should be charged per hour rather... than per game. Our game didn?t last for 30 min. Other thing I would like to point out is that we need cash to buy food. Irecommend this place if these concerns can be resolved. Place looks cool though. Read more
So much fun for kids and adults alike. Love that they cleaned as soon as we got there and as we were leaving as well. Shows it's... a quality place and staff was super friendly and accommodating with kids requests as well. Read more
Its bit overpriced, I have played in better price in same neighbouring areas. The ambiance was good, the lighting and all were... great. The food and bar were pathetic, they had no proper staff to attend, I waited 10 min at bar table just to hear the orderis placed at the other window. Moreover the accept only cash which is weird because you can pay with card at the game counter. Also just to deliver our beer pitcher they took more than 15 min. Few things to improve Read more
Good place to hangout, bowling was good, waited 40-50 minutes to get in. They have enough lanes to play. Food was tasteless and... expensive. Read more
My sister in law went bowling at your facility previous week and got some serious burns from the hand sanitizer. The whole time... she had serious itching in her hands after using the sanitizer and after coming home she tried to wash her hands and got someserious burns. She is still recovering from it. This is something that needs to be taken actions against. I would reallyappreciate if you would look more into this issue and maybe change the brand of sanitizer used at your sanitization stations anda brand that has clean & safer ingredients for all your customers. Looking forward for a positive response. Read more
Huge bowling alley located in Brampton. Massive car park. There are 40 bowling lanes. I visited last night for the first time.... Our group had a reservation for two lanes from 7:30 to 9:30 pm for unlimited bowling. Prices here are more expensive than youraverage bowling alley. You are able to reserve and pay in advance which is good however a minimum of two hours is required. Wewent to the desk to check in at 7:30 and notify them some of our group will be here in a few minutes. The csr gave theimpression that it?s okay and we can start now or when they arrive. What she should have done was inform us that our clock wasactually running no matter what. While playing the lights in our lanes came off. It was 9:30. It would have been nice if the csrhad told us in the start that even though we had started the game a few minutes later it would cut off at 9:30. Two hours ofbowling is a lot for casual bowling so we were tired and was okay with it. Would be nice if you could have booked just one houras that would have been ideal and less costly. Read more
I had my daughter's birthday party here. Booking the event was easy and Francesa was great and helpful over the phone. However,... the service at the bowling alley was lacking. One of my guest arrived 10 minutes early and was seated in the lane and askedthem to clean the table because there was a cup there and the table was dirty. No one came to clean the table until I arrivedand we had to repeat the request. It took awhile for the drinks to be served and when we requested for a cheese pizza as we hadvegetarian guest, a pepperoni pizza arrived. I was told a pepperoni pizza was on the order form. Nonetheless, when I arrived Iasked for a cheese pizza. They did make the switch right away which I did appreciate. The last issue was the switching off ofthe game about 10 minutes before the kids were finished and they didn't get to finish the entire second game. Overall, it wasan okay experience but they need to work on listening to their guests request. Read more
