The only Dunkin I frequent to because it's close to my house! I get that it's usually busy in the morning, but I would prefer... whomever is working sandwich station to prepare the food as it was typed in. My ticket states in BOLD PRINT what I asked for,received something else.... I will say the young lady I spoke with to lodge my complaint was very much apologetic and verypleasant in offering to make me what I asked for free of charge. I felt like I was keeping her too long on the phone because ofthe time of day, but she took the time to adhere to my issue anyway. Drive Thru Order Taker was very rude and kept rushing my order, telling me to drive up when I wasn?t finished ordering. Guy at... the window, said the price and not a word after, zero customer service skills. I ordered food AND drinks. How do you forget togive me napkins AND straws? Make it make sense. I?ve worked for Dunkin? before (not this location) & I know how a rush feels, Iknow how it feels to be understaffed during one, and never was I purposely an a*hole to customers even on my bad days, that?swhat customer service is.
