The only Dunkin I frequent to because it's close to my house! I get that it's usually busy in the morning, but I would prefer... whomever is working sandwich station to prepare the food as it was typed in. My ticket states in BOLD PRINT what I asked for,received something else.... I will say the young lady I spoke with to lodge my complaint was very much apologetic and verypleasant in offering to make me what I asked for free of charge. I felt like I was keeping her too long on the phone because ofthe time of day, but she took the time to adhere to my issue anyway.
