They only get my order right half the time and the other half they don?t even have midnight made.
My partner ordered via Uber Eats 3/24/2022. She received her sandwich and the cheese inside the sandwich still had the LINER... PAPER on it. (see picture). Called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Was asked "WHY DO YOU NEED TO SPEAK WITH AMANAGER?" Upon letting the rude woman know the reason, another even ruder woman in yhe background says "She's lying there was noUberEats order from this store" (see receipt with the Address of the Store w/day and time stamp) Then Asked for District Managerphone number and was hung up on and now they refuse to pick up. Unacceptable on both in food preparation (disgusting andunsanitary) and customer service. I will be following up with Corporate! Read more
Me my gf and our friend came here for lunch. I had a chocolate glazed donut and a medium ice coffee. My gf had a medium ice... coffee with a bagel and our friend had a bagel with cream cheese. A small hot chocolate. The food was good and the floors wereclean. The parking lot is small with no drive thru. It has handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. Read more

When I stop there (not very often) they do not make my speciality coffee the way it should be made, unless you ask for ?extra?... so that it tastes like it should. And then one of the workers thanks you for NOT leaving a tip! If I could get the coffee theway it should be made I would not have to ask for extra. Maybe the should learn their beverages better. The girls that were working when I came in this morning were nice enough and pleasant enough but the way they were casually... chatting loudly with one another, joking and swearing just seemed a tad inappropriate. I wouldn't have even mentioned this, ifonly it hadn't been for my disgusted experience in their bathroom after getting my order. They had two restrooms-a ladies' roomand what was labeled as a bi-gender handicap restroom. As if it wasn't cringing enough on its own when I discovered that theladies' room was "Out of Order" as noted with a sign posted to that bathrooms door, but when I then decided to use the otherrestroom, I was horrified looking at the state of this restroom. Now I used to work for 5 different Dunkin Donuts locations inthe past and I am well versed in the brand's company standard for cleanliness across the board. How they haven't failed a secretshopper test or inspection is beyond me. Nothing in that bathroom looks as if any of it has ever once been wiped down beyond thesink and toilet. You can clearly see the months and months, if not years of slime, sludge, bodily fluids and everything elsedripping down every surface of the bathroom: walls, trash can, hand dryer, soap dispenser, and even the ceiling. I'm sure ifanyone went in there with a UV flashlight they'd immediately find themselves sick to their stomach. (And I'm by no stretch anykind of germaphobe or anything either.) To top all that off, there was no soap in the soap dispenser which is highly concerningconsidering employees have to us this bathroom too! Yuck. Read more
