I go to this burger King for lunch frequently since my job is right down the road. I just left there and order 2 whooped Jr... meals for 6 dollars and also a small drink. I said one with cheese and one with no onions. I did not get my receipt and when myfiancee and I went to eat the whopper jrs. there was no cheese on either. I tried to call several times to talk to the managerand the phone lines have been busy for the last 15 minutes. We are not very happy today and we eat here almost every other dayfor my work break. CARLOS AND MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR VALID COUPON CODE FROM BURGER KING APP. INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER THEY RUDELY... BLAMED CORPORATE AND THEIR COMPUTERS. Took 7-10 minutes sitting in one spot in the drive thru to place order. When we got to the window we smiled and were polite... because we figured with the wait they were already upset with previous customer, we were right they seemed to all be having abad day. Never apologize for the hold up and had more interest in there own conversations then serving us. They also had a signfor coin shortage, but we paid with card so that didn't affect us. Read more
Every time I've come here, this BK either has forgotten food items or give you soda water for a drink because their machines... never seem to have the syrup for the sodas. They gave me a happy meal last week with no burger. Just fries. Braintree needs moredrive through services. This BK also NEVER gives you a receipt. Every person at this Burger King works hard to deliver food as fast as it's ordered, accurately and with a smile (if you smile... first). They're courteous and professional with every customer that walks in the door regardless of what they order. Read more
The WORST! I live nearby, like less than 1 mile away so this is my default location for Burgerking. Oh man, i have been so many... bad experiences with this location and today, i have to post this. I ordered a Pancake & Sausage Platter for breakfast. It wasjust so badly made. First, it missing the Sausage, they only put 3 pancakes in my box. Second, the pancake is uncooked and it isso hard, cant even bite it. This is just one of the many bad experiences i have with them. Few times I lost my money to theirapp for Online Mobile order. I come to the store to pick up, sometime there is no people there even in opening hours. They makeit so hard to contact customer services when you have problems with their apps. And the Store does not really know the Mobileapp, they owed me an order in the app but told me to talk to customer services to get a redund instead of just making thatorder. Burgerking cant hold their quality control at their stores. If it is not near my house, i will never go to a Burgerking. Read more
This fastfood restaurant locates conveniently near the shopping center. The foods are OK. My kids love their fries but not the... chicken nuggets. The place has a nice and clean space with friendly staff. Read more
