Came all the way from Calgary to Bragg Creek to try this place and overall, it didn't disappoint. We ordered the Cioppino... ($33), lamb shank ($42), duck confit gnocchi ($28), tirimisu ($12). We really loved the gnocchi and Cioppino. They were bothvery flavourful. We didn't like the lamb shank as much though. It wasn't very flavourful. Also, the tirimisu was too sweet. Read more

Fantastic! We came here for our wedding anniversary and they were exceptionally kind and the whole place was very cute. The... food was delicious and the drinks were fresh and tasty. Went here on a date night based on a recommendation. It's out in Bragg Creek so you're in for a beautiful drive! We had... reservations but be aware the parking lot is very very small and fills up fast - there is lots of local parking in very closewalking distance though! Just be aware if anyone in your party has mobility issues you may need to drop them at the door andpark elsewhere. The restaurant itself is super quaint and very cute. Absolutely has the old farmhouse feel and I loved it. Wedid find the music to be odd for the setting though (no biggie just seemed out of place for the atmosphere and foodselection). The girls at the front were wonderful and helpful they deserve a shout out. Unfortunately our server was very subpar often forgetting or ignoring us. We were helped by food runners and another server more than him (was floating around to allthe other tables though). Food: my wife LOVED the warm olives! The spaghetti was spicy (almost too much to enjoy) despite thatnot being mentioned on the menu. The carbanra was tasty and I enjoyed the double smoked bacon - solid 7/10. The pizza has a muchdoughier crust than expected and we didn't enjoy it as much as others. We unfortunately found ourselves constantly swattingaway flies (seated indoors) for our entire dinner which was frustrating and did not add to the overall date night feeling (wecounted 5 flies at one point). We finally had the opportunity to sit down for a meal at the Italian Farmhouse. They have been on our radar since we drove by on... our way back from a Nature walk. The restaurant was built into a house as you can see remnants of the original living space.They have converted it well and the restaurant is beautiful! We ordered the Insalata Caprese and the Cozze to start. My wifeate most of the caprese salad which she thought was as well done as any caprese salad she had before. The mussels were good. Thebouillabaisse sauce went well with them. We liked that it was not heavy and did not overwhelm the mussel flavor. Our kids hadthe Cheese Pizza and the Salami Pizza. They were happy with their choices. I grabbed a bite of each and found that the SalamiPizza was way better. For our main course, my wife chose the Linguine ai Frutti Mare. She asked for tomato sauce. It was aclean dish  with good pasta and a decent spread of assorted seafood pieces. She enjoyed it. I tried a bite and preferred mymain. I chose the Garganelli con Salsiccia which was yummy. The only surprise was that it was nowhere as spicy as I thought itwould be. The sauce tended to be on the sweeter side. Yet, the sausage was hearty and the dish was enjoyable. For dessert, mywife got the Blueberry Flan which the little ones loved thanks to the sweet flavor. Italian Farmhouse is a good restaurant tohave a special dinner. Right from the door the service was impeccable. Amazing decor and vibe, with cheerful and attentive servers. They went above and... beyond to make our dining experience as enjoyable as possible. The food was amazing, with fresh flavours and ingredients, allpresented in a very appetizing and appealing manner. Tremendous food and service. Quite possibly the best in Bragg Creek. The Carne pizza was next level. The mix of meats was... perfect, the cheese excellent, and the crust cooked just right. This isn't your typical Italian pizza, but is instead more akinto a Northeast US pizza, with a thicker crust, plenty of toppings, and sweet sauce. The lasagna was arguably served too hot,but once it was given time to cool it was excellent. This is a well earned five stars. Cute space, good food, and lovelyservice. We'll be back. Read more
