The glass that separates the booths is absolutely filthy and hasn?t been cleaned in god knows how long. Windows we?re just as... bad with fingerprints all over them. Seats had French fries on them from the previous customer. Rest rooms were absolutelydisgusting and had not been cleaned. The service good overall but the food was average at best. I have always loved Applebees and it has always been my favorite place to eat or pick up food. However, the meal my son and I... just ate from the car side to go was absolutely awful. First, trying to navigate the website is NOT user friendly, and then whenyou try to call in your order, you get an automated service that can?t even figure in the specials. I had to hang up and callagain to get a live person. After holding for several minutes, I did get a person. After almost completing my order, all of asudden, I could no longer hear the person taking my order. I kept saying hello over and over again and still no response. I hadto hang up and call back a third time. This time I was able to complete my order. Once home, both our steaks were burnt and hadabsolutely no flavor. My steak was well done when I ordered it medium. One side of my son?s steak was medium rare as he hadordered it, but the other side was burnt and inedible. This was the worst meal we?ve ever ordered. Disappointing as always. Service was friendly but the food is lacking so badly. Every time we try to give it a chance everyone... just ends up wishing we went to Texas Roadhouse instead. The four cheese "Mac" and cheese with honey chicken tenders.. okay, call it 4 cheese penne pasta because that's not macaroni, and maybe spare a little sauce on the tenders to make them flavorful?Oh.. shared a picture of my whiskey bacon cheeseburger.. thanks for going so sparingly on the sauce so the bland taste of theburger meat could shine through. Someone please slap me if I suggest Applebees ever again. Read more

Short ribs awesome! Double fried shrimp super! Service great! Too bad some customers are so ugly to the servers and while eating... talking nasty. We who must eat around them don't need or want to hear it while we are trying to enjoy a great meal! Read more
