We chose to stop and give Tims the benefit of proving they could provide a service with their new menu through the drive... through. We were disappointed to say the least. We ordered two of their new bowls and two almond milk lattes. We waited atthe window for them to re-do our bowls 3 times due to their mistakes and were not asked if we wanted whip cream on our milkalternative lattes. Which I couldn?t drink anyway with dairy on it and they were lukewarm. Each time they messed up our bowlsthey looked at us with hope we would accept them and drive on, but with an allergy we were not willing to pay for food that wasnot as ordered. And it was simple, no modifications, chosen right off the menu so how hard could this be??? They didn?t havebags, and they forgot forks and napkins. With all this they looked at us like we were wrong, never thought to compensate for themess ups and the duration we waited with angry customers behind us. Unreal customer service, a waste of time and money, horriblemanagement. It sad to see that prices are going up and customer service and food quality is going down. Tim?s should juststick with donuts and quick fast food items or execute their plan to keep up with other fast food locations by nailing therollout out of the gate. Read more
Always a good place to get a good coffee. Baked goods are excellent. The chocolate croissant tasted delicious.

Literal trash. The staff consistently has poor communication skills, the food quality is consistently poor - I don't know if... their toasters are busted or if they just choose not to toast my English muffins, ever. We were overcharged and they claimedwhatever was done was because of their computer when we scanned our deal voucher... Sure, if it's the computer then at leastcommunicate that effectively - you should be able to at least tell me what I'm being charged for. While trying to get to thebottom of it, they just left my food on the window sill in -23 degree weather. The cherry on top - one of my food items wasmissing. I get that it's fast food and a lot of employees everywhere have a "I don't get paid enough for this" sort ofattitude but if this is staff working at maximum efficiency.. yikes. It's like this location chooses specifically the workersthat won't cut it elsewhere. I'm sorry. I'm always left with a horrible taste after coming here and interacting; convenienceisn't worth it. If you're looking to join this team... Go elsewhere. Do better. Read more
This unbelievable, i asked for two BLT with everything bagels and this what i got. Plus 1 slice of bacon??? I didn?t open until... i was in the GO train. Such a waist of money!!!
