The store owner (the same short mean lady in other comments) is so rude to its customer as if they are doing a favor to its... customer by serving them food. She talked to me so rudely when I asked to claim my free reward upon completing a survey onsubwaylistens. The look on her face when she realised she has to give free cookies to a customer (which is subway's policy inthe fisrt place) was so mean. She rudely asked me to wait, for them to serve all the customers in the shop before she could eventalk to me although I was the one waiting first. Anyways, worst Subway experience in life and I request Subway Chain to imposemore stringent enforcement of their policies with such greedy owners! Read more

my family has lived down the road for 20 years and the service is always on and off whether its good or not but pretty... displeased with the service today. Its new years day(the day after not new years eve) and I tried to go in with a giftcard andget my family dinner, and arrive to there being literally no bread and told id have to come back in a bit. no holiday hoursposted anywhere, both the storefront and online say open til 10pm. my first arrival was around 6:30 and my second around 8pm,only to have what i assume is the store owner/manager walking into the store from outside aswell and cutting me off with thedoor to say the store is closed and kind of closing the door in my face. not great service will avoid the location if i can forfuture besides the location convenience Read more
Person behind counter was distracted with multiple online and in store orders. She was quite efficient and tried her best to... work as fast as she could, but I my opinion there should be 2 people working, one taking calls and on line orders and the otherdoing in store dining. Four star rating simply because even thought she was working hard and fast it did take a while for ourorder to get ready. Not the employees fault though, she was doing her best. Read more

Subway is becoming worst. I ordered through skip for my lunch. No wonder it was fast service, but the sub was anything but full.... It was so poorly made. I added all veggie and they didn?t add lettuce and spinach! There was no cheese. Usually I eat subway 6?and I?m full for 3-4 hours but it didn?t even fill my stomach after eating.
