Where do I start. I called to inquire about my gift card and the employee picked up the phone saying ?If this is the lady... calling about the red cups PLEASE STOP? and hung up on me. When I called back and told her this is my first time calling thelocation she did not apologize and maintained an attitude so I didn?t continue the conversation. This is absolutelyunacceptable and unprofessional. I understand she may have been frustrated from another customer but blaming her attitude on?calls coming from a Toronto number? is nonsensical. I never would have expected this from a Starbucks, let alone in Bradfordwhere service is generally great. Read more
One of the slowest services I've ever experienced, especially in the morning. The he/she was making drinks when there were other... people to do it and took a long time for them to go to the cash. They need to do better or find someone quick. I don't have timeand not many people do in the morning. They need to speed up.. worst place ever. Go to the other location instead! Read more
I am sorry to see such poor service at this Starbucks location. Twice in a row, on two different days, I ordered my latte inside... the store with no people in the line-up, and they forgot about my order. Twice in a row! Read more
Poor service all around! I ordered a venti green tea lemonade and found a black floaty all over the drinks! Not only was it... disgusting made we were told to wait for at least 5-7 minutes for a drink. Unacceptable. The sanitary Standard should be checkedbefore giving out drinks! Disappointed. My drink felt very light when I received it. When I expressed this the employee stared blankly at me for an... extended period of time then stated she filled it 3/4 and added whipped cream to the top. I did not ask for this nor should thatbe the case. Once the foam settled it was barely 3/4. Either way, the drink should be filled to the top and whipped cream addedto that if it comes with the drink. For $7 I should not be given a full cup of what was ordered. Read more
I often go to Starbucks to work. This is probably one of the best locations for that. It's usually quiet and there are quite a... few tables. I really like the bench facing the window. It's the right height and has power outlets under the bench to chargeyour laptop or phone. Oh yeah and the coffee is decent ;) Read more
I used to love this location right by my house but the new employees are rude and only want to hang out rather than greet a... customer. I don't have a very happylife so something g as simple as a smile and a present hello goes a long way. Or at leastreturn a smile.. Read more
