Terrible service, no one knows what they're doing. Complete chaos. Orders made out of order, some people waiting an extremely... long time. Manager was extremely rude to customers, shoving receipts in their face to prove what they ordered, when in realityit was input incorrectly by the employee. This happned more than once during my visit. Young man at the register was doing hisbest but appeared to be new. He wasn't providing order numbers to people so when said numbers were called out, the customers hadno idea. The manager just kept yelling. One person cooking in the back, 2 in the front. Sometimes the 2 would disappear to cook.Super slow, rude service, no quality control, no attention to detail, no customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if thisfranchise gets shut down. Went there yesterday and bought the ghost pepper wings. I took a bite of the wings and it smelled funny but I didn't pay it any... mind thinking maybe it was the seasoning. Woke up at 3 am with stomach pains had to run to the bathroom. I sat there for aboutan hour cleaning out my bowel. No I didn't eat anything else except the fries and biscuit that came with it. I used to come here often until recently when I came across amreen who works at the front. She is extremely stingy with the... proportions and is really rude. The food served is very salty for some reason. I wouldn't recommend going there if you caredabout your well being and wallet. Read more

Great food, probably my favourite fast food restaurant. Takes a bit to get the food sometimes but it's always worth it.

I have never had a problem with the food and it's usually fast service. My only issue is, they never have hot sauce. I will get... 5 sporks and 10 packets of ketchup, but they don't have hot sauce. How about you start ordering more hot sauce since you alwaysrun out! Read more
