The wife picked up dinner tonight and we were not impressed. I have always been a huge fan of Mr Sub but this location was... awful, I got a 12 inch tuna sub and a broccoli soup. My wife couldn't figure out what the person making our order was doing withthe soup but when I tasted it it had no taste at all and was completely watered down it was disgusting. The sub bun which wasfresh from the oven was not cooked properly and even after grilling the bun it was still completely white. The bun was alsomissing a huge piece from it as the lady working on making the sub broke the bun trying to cut it. I will never return to thislocation. Read more
Its been a while since I came down to this Mr. Sub location as the last time was when my Grandpa was alive, it was a ritual we... had to come down to Mr. Sub and share an assorted on Saturdays, we were always welcomed by the staff even though we only everbought one sub. Fast forward a year and this location still has that same customer service and welcoming feeling. They alwaysmake it the way I want it and thats the most important thing you could ask for. Read more
Stopped in first time for a Greek salad with grilled chicken. Guy behind the counter asks me if I want lettuce!? What? Ok so we... get past that. Here's why they get one star. I paid $9.47 for a half bowl of salad. And I mean a half bowl. Salad is cheap guys.Never again will you see me there or my co workers. They saw it too. This Mr. Sub location is probably one of my favourite go to places for food in Bradford. Every time I go the place is spotlessly... clean. And I am served with the kindest and best employees who make sure all my foodie needs are met. They make sure that mytoppings are always stacked and fresh and always ask if I need anything else on my subs. Customer satisfaction is their #1priority for every person that walks in the door. I have been to many Mr. Subs, but this location is by far the best when it comes to the quality of the food, cleanliness and... customer service. Everytime I go in for a quick bite I am greeted upon entering and I feel welcomed. All and all delicious subsand one of my favourite places to eat in the area. Read more
I?ve tried to give these guys a chance... three times I?ve been to this store and received the worst customer service ever, they... don?t acknowledge you and when they finally do they spend more time worrying about everything other than your order. Not oncehas my order been 100% correct even after having them re make it. I have also witnessed them using gloves to handle cash andthen attempt to make food, wearing gloves while using a tablet and making a sandwich sliding the tablet along the food prepsurface... So my expierience starts at the Mr sub country style on the other side of town. I ordered a large Canadian club through the... drive through and I received an assorted instead with the wrong toppings(order mix up). I was heading towards Newmarket and Inoticed this Mr Sub location. I entered the store and explained to them what happend and they made me a new sub free of charge.I didn?t expect them to do it but they did.
