It?s saying it?s open from outside I checked it?s closed. I don?t know if KFC franchise know they closed Sunday and Monday or... it?s just me. even a days before i was in drive thru a guy who works there didn?t serve me it?s was around 8 pm. Sorry to say this location is really bad. The drive through employees are pretty good at taking the orders, BUT, the time it... takes and the way this location makes there chicken and sides are just wrong and it seems like they don?t know what they aredoing and/or they are taking short cuts. The chicken is not fresh, reason being is it?s so soggy and bland(I never though kfccould be bland) and the fries are soggy as-well. I ordered the boneless bucket and it was supposed to be a large popcorn chickenlg fries with chicken tenders, and I have to say that the qty was not close to what I would get at different locations . I willnot support this location again until it comes under a new management. I will goto the competition , Popeyes in the next plazaover. Read more
What an absolute waste of time & money. Idling in the drive-thru line for 20 mins only to come home to an odd flavoured, odd... textured mess of chicken. Doesn't taste like KFC and no one could stomach it. Will not return to this location. Read more
Had a craving for chicken and decided to give this KFC a try. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken ($30). When I opened it at home... there was 1 breast, 3 legs, and 6 thighs. That?s 9 pieces of dark meat. It was without a doubt the worst KFC I ever had. Every piece was excessively greasy and definitely undercooked. I may do KFC once every 5 years, but this wasn?t even close towhat I remember it used to taste like. I worked at a KFC back in the late 70?s, and boy have the gone down hill. Tuesday July 26th. Ordered 4, 2 piece dark meat dinners. Received 1, 2 piece dark and 3, 2 piece white meat dinners. They also... over charged us from the price on the signs. When we asked for a refund on the price they didn't refund the tax. Read more
What a disaster this place is! This is not a 1-star review. In this day and age, even mediocrity gets a star. While waiting to... get answered at the drive thru speaker at KFC watching the previous car waiting for is food for 10mins. I finally got the honorto speak to someone and get my order in. I get to the pick-up window to get my drink and pay. After a 13-minute wait, the younglady finally comes back to tell me to pull ahead a go park, since they ran out of chicken tenders to finalize my order. I askwhy is food not ready at lunch time and why could they not prepare my food in the 13 minutes wait? She tells me it will be 7-8minutes for the tenders to be ready. I finally oblige and go to park. Fifteen minutes later, I watch the young lady walk by withmy food and could not remember the vehicle I was driving. She returns to the store, and I follow her in to ask to speak to amanger and ask for a refund. She tells me no manager is on duty today, goes to the back and resume serving customer. After 7minutes waiting at the counter. The cook finally shows up after I raise the issue and my voice to get someone to resolve myissue, since I no longer wanted my order just a refund. I am informed again that no manager is present, no one can issue arefund. I insist that they fix my issue and reach out to whom ever they have too. After probably another 20 minutes of the youngman trying to reach-out someone, they finally reply by text and give him instructions to issue my refund. After he issues myrefund the young man, has the gull to ask me to fill out a refund form. I just had enough and departed. 1 hour of my life I?llnever get back. What an experience for goddam KFC. Pregnancy craving, not fulfilled. Very disappointed and my husband even asked for extra crispy and the popcorn chicken was so... pale. The original chicken had barely any breading on it. Soggy fries. I remember this being so much better before. 3 smallpieces and 1 normal size in the meal for 2 deal. Should of been more even. Read more
Chicken was old and was soaked in oil. Didn?t even want to touch it, all small old chicken severed to people. Hope they treat... their customers better than this!! Read more
