Whoever fries the fish in this place knows how to do it perfectly. Crisp on the outside and a juicy fillet on the inside of the... batter. The fish is fresh and tasty. Kim the server is very polite and efficient and will make you feel at home. Located justoff Hwy 400. And hey, unlike many other fish and chip places, this place is open on Mondays too. Stopped by for quick lunch. The cleanliness of the establishment is great. I was quickly greeted and taken to the seating area.... The server was polite and professional and asked all the right questions. The serving was generous and very well prepared. Thefish was lightly battered, and the fries were done just right. On top of that the owner/chef even came out and asked iteverything was acceptable, which it was. I don?t do a lot of reviews but when I encounter great service and a place, and staffthat truly take pride in what they do, it is worth commenting on. First class staff and food! Well done!!! Well this is incredible surprise of a fish and chips. So let's start off from begging, from the front it's a mall based... restorant. When you enter its surprisingly clean and well organized, and the server is cheerful and was kind enough to point outthe specials. Now on to the other food, it's EXTRAORDINARY and EPIC! Battered Cod was the special of the day and the batter iscrisp o the outside, perfect on inside. Fish is expertly cooked inside, moist and literally breaks under the fork. The teste isworth a drive and downright extraordinary. Fries were just right and freshly cut and seasoned coleslaw salad complements themeal perfectly. Deserts, well this rounds the meal to perfection, double chocolate cheese cake as well as caramel cheesecake.This place was a blessing if you enjoy a great meal and fish and chips. Awesome customer service and Great food. We were trying it for the first time and we Love it Fish was meaty, both fish and... fries were Fried to perfection . Golden and crispy.. Whole meal was made in front of us and it was hot and fresh. Fastservice. We got kids meal and this size is full size meal or more from any other restaurant. You really get your money's worth. First time visit to halibut House in Bradford and my wife and I we?re very pleased. The restaurant is clean the lady who served... us was very attentive and polite.
