food was good. but I ordered the daily special wrap. the lad working charged me 8.99. when I informed him I only got the wrap he... stated that it comes up 8.99 cause thats the only way he knows how to enter the daily deal. basic math 7.99 plus tax equals$9.08. I paid $10.16. after again asking him WHY im paying more h said that's the price. Was not impressed. especially whenthere were 2 staff there and both didn't seem to have an actual answer to the extra charge. Read more
Tasty, but serving size is too small what you pay. I ordered Oaxaca bowl and asked if the bowl could be filled all the way as I... have had a problem with small serving size from Freshii before. I was told that the ingredient amounts are predetermined but notto worry because they "fill it up pretty good". Well the bowl was only filled about 2/3rds and felt very light. I finished it ina few minutes and was still hungry. I'm a tall but fairly skinny man and I just want to be able to eat healthy but also feelfull at the end of my meal. I would have been happy with an extra scoop of rice or beans, which are very cheap ingredients. Idon't know why Freshii insists on undersizing their portions. People need their calories whether it's healthy food or not! Timeto buy a rice cooker and make my own bowls. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous portion sizes for the price you're paying, any other freshii will give you double the portion size... compared to this location. I have been twice now, thinking it was a one-time thing, but unfortunately not.. Read more
Not sure what's going on at this location, things have steadily gone downhill over the past 12 months or so. Went in yesterday... ordered a burrito and a bowl adding chicken to both, just shy of 30 bucks....bowl was barely half full, very littlechicken...got me thinking so I opened up my burrito, it was all rice, very little other toppings and also almost no chicken. Paying premium price for supposedly premium takeout food and getting this isn't acceptable. Not sure if the ownership herechanged, but there is definitely something wrong here and being stingy with people paying too much for this stuff and then beingshort changed is even worse.... This is extremely overpriced ! I paid 16.99 for a bowl with protein. You pay extra $4 for 2 little pieces of chicken. And also I... paid extra for extra sauce and there was barely any - the noodles look bare. Not sure what happened to this place if they havebecome stingy or something but the last three times we ordered from here has been extremely disappointing. Will not buy again. Read more
After relentlessly calling another Freshii location and no one picking up the phone this location was here to SAVE the day! On... top of that, my large order (with lots of substitutions etc) was PERFECT, service was SO friendly (they even went above andbeyond by helping me load it in my car!) and most importantly they lived up to the franchisee name. Love their bowls. Tried a salad for once today and it was amazing. It had quinoa in it so it was super filling. Very friendly... and clean place to go to. Have a good deal on right now for 2 bowls for 14.99 then have to add your protein. Worth it for thefreshness. Read more
The owner of this location is so friendly and inviting. The food is amazing a little pricy but what isn't. It's a good healthy... quick option. Here you are always greeted with such a kind and friendly smile the food is fast good for a short lunchbreak. The owner is so happy to provide good food and service when he asks how you are you can feel he does care about yourday. He noticed I am always in and out of his store and let's me know exactly how long it will be and accurately!
