I will never understand why Burger King corporate lets places like this run without intervention. Surely it has to be hurting... their brand. In the 20 minutes I spent there, the staff (and manager) all but slapped the customers for legitimate questionssuch as using coupons, order pickup fron app orders and asking for extra napkins. Practically no one behind the counter wasqualified as a food service worker. In the future I will absolutely be avoiding this location and drive to Wendy's down thestreet. i am suprised this has such high reviews. i must have gone on the wrong day. orders a fish and chicken sandwich on friday both... were absolutely disgusting. i use to eat the chicken sandwich as a kid was use to be so good. i have not ate a burger in manyyears but it just tasted like salt on a bun. I will never go back. I am not sure if it was a one off but absolutely disgusting. Read more
Ordered Big Fish sandwiches. Specifically asked them to make it fresh . They made us wait for the food and refried the Patty... and gave it to us. Fish Patty was stale and bitter. It was so disgusting that we had to throw out both sandwiches. Thankgoodness it was mobile order . So time stamp will be noticed as I already filed the complaint. I came here with my mom and had the $8 burgers( fish and beef burgers) also we had the ghost pepper nuggets and fries.... Everything was excellent and super delicious, the dips were amazing especially the bbq and zesty ones. The owner and theemployees were super kind and welcoming. Food was tasty, we got the whoppers, crispy chicken sandwich and the hot nuggets. Service was amazing and accurate. We asked for... some extra sauces and pickles/etc on the sandwich and the tall man with some nice tattoos got our order down perfectly. Wouldvisit again. Read more
Came here on our way to North Bay and were hoping to stop in with our young son. Had a lovely meal catered to our diets (vegan... and vegetarian.) The place was spotless, the family bathroom was also great for changing our son before we left. Five stars nodoubt. Read more
