I have a son with allergies and so for years I avoided many places to order because of their response to allergies. I started... venturing out with Booster Juice because of their openness to help accommodate allergies which rarely happens in anyestablishment. We started as a family going regularly to this Bradford location and have to say what a positive experience everytime especially with one great staff member named Robyn . We often order with Robyn and she is so cautious and attentive whenshe is completing our order and even reminding other staff that makes me feels so at ease. I got this smoothie today and it was a really goood smoothie, but unfortunately a sip of it had plastic in it.
I go to this Booster juice almost every day. And honestly the one girl there named Jackie is phenomenal, she always helps me... with my order and remembers my order. I just want to say thank you Jackie for always greeting me not just like a customer butas a friend! Read more
For a place that charges 12 bucks after taxes or more per drink. Please invest in a uv light for testing 50s. Forgot my wallet... and that was what I had. Had to borrow a 20 to by my drink. Not mad just disappointed in such a big chain lackes 80s technologythat's a few bucks. Get with times. Funny part if order is over 50 still won't take it lol. High staff turnover or simply transient after training and moved elsewhere. But all are friendly and engaging. The talent for... making the product is not all the same however. Price is high for a regular size (approx $8) and depending on who makes it,much of the fruit and pulp remain at the bottom making it difficult to pull through the straw. Taste of product also off attimes as less attentive and hurried (younger) staff seem lacking in product preparation detail. Read more
Was looking forward to a drink since it was my first time here. Was refused entry at the door even wearing a FULL motorcycle... helmet....every other business and other Booster Juices have said it?s more than enough. Went over to Tim Hortons instead. Won?tbe back. Read more
Ordered smoothies via skip the dishes, they were great, but no straws given. Missing about $15 of the order, ordered 6 protein... balls which were not delivered. When trying to call the store, no one picks up, and you are unable to leave a voicemail as itwill not accept messages. A bit disappointing as my household is on quarantine so i cant even drive there to get my ordercorrected :( Read more
