This location needs to train their staff properly on how to make orders without bread. It’s not a hard request. I asked for a... breakfast sandwich without bread and he said “it will be garbage” because he didn’t know how to pack it and that he’dnever heard of this before. Eventually we explained to him to put it in a container that the All Canadian special comes in, ifthere was no other way, which he did but was rude about it. Read more
Bad location they will do anything they can to make customers angry. I give them my order and they refuse to put it in the... Computer and then asked me to repeat my order again, and then finally when they go to the computer to enter it they forget theentire order after being repeated twice and ask you to repeat it again. And then after repeating it three times they stillscrewup on your order! Read more

I know people might think it’s silly to review fast food, but after driving on the highway for days on end you become an... aficionado. This A&W is clean. You can see the kitchen is clean, the staff are clean, the counters are clean. The service wasgreat and the food was great. This is good quality fast food. Read more
Good place to stop when going up north to get gas and a snack. Clean space, clean bathrooms, nice staff. There’s a seating... area to relax and eat and take a break from driving. There is an A&W if you feel like a burger as well as a convenience storeitems if you need any supplies. Read more
I would not go here again.. before pandemic we have very friendly staff and the products they ensure customer is very... important… No smile from attendants or greetings and am not be racial but my last two experiences were served by asians andIndians..Would not visit again.. Today I got Nashville hot burger and the chicken is over fried and no pickles and no signaturesauce…wanted to return but my comment would contradict and cannot throw Cos it is expensive.. Visited barrie anw location..awesome experience and they said it would take 4 mins to serve fresh chicken and it was amazing taste.. Am not sure who ownsthis franchise but am not happy at all… they charge 40cents for chipotle sauce as well Forgot to mention they didn’t evenask if I need receipt.. Read more
The ladies that work there are really nice but the drive thru line moves so slow. The food is okay but the coffee is... undrinkable. The onion rings, breakfast and root beer are fantastic. The pancakes, however, are way too small. Read more
Grace the Supervisor “Owner” (in her words) hung up on me today while I was expressing my issues with regards to a drive... threw order the night before… She then began to reject my phone calls when I tried to call back. What can be expected fromthe employees if the “owner of a and w” (in her words) is as professional as a child… Drive threw attendant had us wait15-20 mins to order then had us wait 15 mins for him to make the order while It was NOT BUSY. He was clearly abusing his poweror trying to convince us to leave so he could slack… I was expecting maybe the Management would help resolve this issue butinstead management is also power tripping and Delusional about there work title clearly.
