Not a good experience! Stopped by @8:20pm. Very confused staff, needs some work on customer service. Ordered 10 piece tenders,... very small and not at all worth 13 bucks. I'm sorry I will most likely not return. I'm from Northern Wisconsin and truly wasexcited to try Zaxbys, however this visit was not good. Read more

Tonight was only our second time eating at Zaxby?s. The first time was super delicious but tonight I don?t know what happened... but the food was terrible. We both had the classic chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was over cooked and tuff and chewy andneeded a magnifying glass to find the pickles, and the bun was soggy. Now the fries were under cooked and soggy and the DrPepper was more seltzer water than Dr Pepper. It?s to late for us as it was so bad we won?t be back but maybe this review willhelp them realize the changes needed to have better quality control before they lose more customers. Pulled up to the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. It took almost 10 minutes for them to take my order. Literally no... cars in the parking lot during peak dinner time. They take about 3 minutes to take my order and then when I get to the windowto pay, they tell me to park so they can bring it out to me. I waited another 5 mins. So almost 20 minutes to get a chickenfinger plate with no other customers to tend to besides one other car. Read more
