This is the poorest ran restaurant in Bradenton. I rather eat frozen pizza. This restaurant uses the worst delivery service Door... Dash. This company left my order at the gate. Never contacted us to let us know this. Then this Wing Stop sent wrong wings. Theso called manager were a joke. Never again try this stop! Read more

Ridiculous that a simple order took one hour. Only reason I stayed was because I had already paid. A customer waiting shared he... had also waited a ridiculous amount. The workers could care less, when asked they they said they didn?t know what to say. I wasmortified seeing them turn away customers because of the wait which was only made worse when the short female cashier said hershift was over and walked out with bags full of food. No wonder no one could get their food, the cooks were cooking for eachother! I would laugh if it wasn?t so ridiculous. Then when I finally get home, some of my order is wrong and missing. And don?tget me started on the lack of cleanliness and proper food handling protocol. Can?t wait to see this location be shut down soon. Read more
Was cooked crispy the way I asked. Except the mild sauce/seasoning was on the adult wings order and the hot was on the kids... boneless order. Good crew, very helpful. Corrections were made and I walked away happy. Read more
Very slow service, will tell you on the phone that your order won?t take long & it?ll be done in 15-30 minutes EVERY time just... to get there 30-45 minutes later (because if you know food places, you know) with the order not even started & your in ?line?behind others to even have your food prepared. Just be straightforward & let people know how long it will really be which isprobably 45 to an hour, instead of continuously taking orders & the order not being nowhere near ready. Staff have no care inthe world about your order & have no problem keeping you waiting for as long as it takes. Never offers anything for just thelong wait, never apologizes or explains what?s going on, nothing! Don?t recommend here if your trying to get something quick &on the way. Read more
Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only... got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn?t 1 of the 4flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. I got bone-in wings & Cajun fries. The fries were very spicy and the wings were good but no better than anywhere else. I wish... the cashier would have told me that the carryout container had holes in the top and to carry it flat. What a mess! Read more
I went there to pick up wings they messed up on a previous order. I ask the gm manager do they where gloves because I never see... them used. She told me that it was wing stop policy they don't have to wear gloves cooking the food. I worked in fast food forover 10 years and gloves and cleaning is the number 1 thing in restaurant so when she told me that I just couldn't understand. Iask for corporate number then sent them a email because I couldn't reach them on the number she gave me. I might tell u a jokebut I will never tell u a lie ...that man called me back and said In Fact Those Are Wing Stop Policy They Don't Have To WearGloves While Cooking Food.
