As with the other reviews, sat in drive thru over 25 min. 3 maybe 4 cars in front of me. Dinning room was locked at 6pm so you... are forced to use drive thru. Damn near $20 for 2 cheese burgers, 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, an order of fries and 2 smallsodas. Once I received the order food was luke warm, fries waaaaay over salted, they went out the window. Drive through is always forever long. Went in and store was empty and filthy. Unbussed tables and garbage everywhere. Still took... ten minutes to get my order. This place needs a responsible adult in charge. Guess it's better than the six months they closedat 630 every night. Read more
Horrible service stopped here on my lunch break. Ordered the baconator fries, asked for freshly made fries but they gave me old... fries with burnt bacon and grease all over the container. When I said something about it the woman at window said that?s how thebacon comes with an attitude.I didn?t want burnt bacon. Another lady came and remade my fries had to get out of my car and to goinside and watch in order to get a decent order of fries. Definitely not stopping here again with inflation And everything goingup on price I refuse to pay for food in establishments that are going to act like this. Read more
Horrific Wendy's. Do NOT go to this Wendy's. About as bad you can get. Everything that could go wrong with the order did. They... charged me for a burger they ordered incorrectly, manager was yelling to keep the drive through moving when I was getting theorder corrected and didn't care. Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and neither had bacon on them. French fry was cold, old andhalf filled. They lied and said the coupon I using from the Wendy's app wouldn't work that it was only for a Baconator when itclearly stated for any premium sandwich. Then to top it all off they didn't even give me a receipt to see how I was massivelyovercharged for this nightmare of an order. They said the machine is broken. I feel straight robbed. Saturday afternoon about 4:30. They were not busy yet we were asked to wait at the ordering speaker. After several minutes we... finally were able to get their attention and order. 2 #1s. Drove up to 2nd window and again had to sit there and wait. Whenthe manager pushed out our order he didn't acknowledge us as at all. After all that waiting the fries were not fresh.
