The older woman that makes the drinks is very nasty and rude every time I come into this location every other morning this old... lady is rude and nasty and honestly it ruins my morning. She has one job and that?s to give excellent customer service and quitefrankly she is not exceeding this expectations. Not only is she rude as hell, last weak I made a mistake ordering a drink Iordered a hot chai tea latte and knowing me I don?t drink hot drinks so I asked if she could remake the drink I didn?t mindhaving to pay all over again but no she caught an attitude handed me a large cup of ICE and told me to pour the hot chai tealatte into the ice I ended up just leaving with out my drink and money spent that I didn?t get to enjoy didn?t even get arefund. I always find the food and beverages here to be quite good. It's a great place to pickup something for lunch, plus you can find... fresh fruit and bakery items that you can "grab and go." You may want to download the Wawa app so you can order food andbeverages in advance and reduce or eliminate time waiting in the store. I shop at this location at least two times a day 6 to 7 days a week there is one cashier in the morning by the name of Jada and... I?m not sure why this human feels the need to treat me the way that this person does! I will be in line and she will treat melike a trashcan and then treat the next customer fantastic it happens every single time! She throws my things including mydrinks that are in cans it doesn?t even let me grab my things off of the counter before calling the other person up! I?m notsure if They are not happy with themselves or what the issue is but this person is going to find out pretty soon that I have amouth myself! Wawa has so much to offer! It?s not your average gas station. You can order food from a large menu selection. At Wawa, you can... get soups, sandwiches, flat breads, custom bowls, burritos, and more! Oh, and make sure to try one of the delicious coffees. Thenumber os choices and flavors is hard to count. And finally, this particular Wawa has a place outside to sit down and enjoy yourfood. I?m new to the area and this Wawa is the closest gas station to my new home. So I?ve been stopping by but every time I go to... this location I?m disappointed with one thing or another. Usually, Paulie the cashier is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional!There is another male cashier with dark hair who won?t allow you to purchase cigarettes when your child is with you. I?ve gonehere after a late night shift and their hours say open but they?re closed! The restrooms rarely seem to be cleaned properly.Definitely not like the Wawa I?m used to!!!
