So, a walk in customer paying for $20 of gas with a debut card tries to put gas in their car. The pump is not activated and the... person tries again several times. Ends up going back into store to let them know the pump was not activated. The person(employee behind the counter is very rude to the customer. It was obviously employee's mistake for not activating the pump. Theysay the customer has to pay again to activate the pump. They have not enough more money left on their card. If it had not beenfor me being there and paying 20 dollars cash to get them gas - the other customer would have had to wait 24 hours to get theirdebut card money back. The employee was also rude to me when I questioned them why can they not handle this and give thecustomer their fuel. The employee went as far as saying they did not like the way "they" were being treated and the customerwould have to go somewhere else. I WAS a regular customer of this location. Won't be anymore because I have witnessed this typeof behavior several times now at this location. Read more
This particular Wawa is a solid gas station with food options if you don't feel like cooking and want something affordable and... easy. My only complaint is that there needs to be a better way to communicate what orders have been fulfilled for pickup becauseI've stood there for 5-10 minutes before with no recognition from any employee before someone finally asked me what my ordernumber was and gave it to me. How are we supposed to know it's ready when it's behind a counter? Read more
We were in your store today 5/10/22 and were greeted by an awesome employee named Dallas Dallas welcomed us in a cheery voice... and asked if there we needed help with. We were trying to use the ordering screens and kept messing up but Dallas took rightover got our food and just made our day. How blessed WaWa is to have employees like this. Don?t know if you have employees ofthe month , etc but Dallas definitely has our vote Thanks so much!!!!! Read more
Placed an order on the app for a bfast burrito. The receipt verifies what I ordered in the app, sausage, avocado and Chipotle... sauce. The burrito ended up having bacon, no avocado, spinach, and no chipotle. What was the point of asking me how I wanted itmade if you're just going to throw on whatever you want. Awesome staff overall! Tonett on drinks always helps get my mornings started! She is quick, enthusiastic and you can tell she... loves to do her job it?s a pleasure.
