I ordered curbside pickup for pickup at 11:48 today, checked in from the parking lot, waited 10 minutes and no one bothered to... bring it out. Kind of frustrated with Urban Taco LWR. I received a $5 gift for my birthday that must be used by August 31. We made two visits... now to try to use this gift on my account. I guess the joke is on us because we spent close to $30 each visit to use that $5gift. We also have more than $13 in rewards that we haven't been able to use either. Each time we go in, we are assured thediscount will come off automatically when we use the linked card. Well, it doesn't and there is nothing that can be fixed oncethe card is run through. This place is better than it's main competitor by a long shot! The food is much more flavorful, bigger portions, and the staff... is always friendly and provides quick and accurate service. The Churros are like cinnamon crack, I'll definitely be back againand again! Read more

it is really nice that the meats were all the same price. the interior was nice and clean, employees were friendly. this place... also has a great selection of meats and toppings, but there is one big issue. they do not season the meat!! I got steak and myfriend got chicken and in both our bowls, the meat was unseasoned. it's a shame because I thought the rest of the bowl was good.just biting into a piece of plain beef was really unpleasant. hopefully they fix this in the future. Okay y?all. Best food taco joint I have EVER eaten at? and that is saying a lot. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and almost... everything there is gluten dairy free!!!! Tons of meat and vegan options as well. Packed a punch with flavors, TONS to choosefrom, blew chipotle away. I didn?t get a pic of my bowl, but I got a pic of my hubbys quesadilla. But just FYI my bowl hadshredded adobo chicken, brown rice, black beans, fajita pepper onions, cilantro, pico, pickled onions, arugula, fresh dicedonion, and a combo of their mango habanero sauce and their kick in sauce. Delicious as always. We found this place when looking for an alternative to Chipotle, as we were regulars there. This place did... not disappoint whatsoever. They have better quality meats and unlike chipotle have a variety of toppings and sauces you can?tget there. The staff is always super nice and helpful. 10/10 Read more
