2 bad experiences with this location in 1 day. I went in the morning cashier was Irene or Aileen for a breakfast box. Ended up... with only Quesadillas and a coffee. No hashbrowns,no Cinnabons, and no credit card or receipt but I was charged $7.15. Saw thisvia text. Cashier close the window. Do I assumed that my credit card and and my receipt were in the bag with food. Which theyweren't. I work out in Fruitville in Sarasota. Couldn't go back immediately so I called. And let same cashier know that I wouldbe there after 6pm For the record she did apologize and I was told my card would be left with her manager with my phone number.Went back again after 6pm. Ask to speak with Heidi the manager to get my card back AND wanted explain what happened in themorning and asked for a complimentary card to try their breakfast in the morning again. But I was cut off mid sentence with abad attitude and told that I was lucky that my card was not cut. By Manager Heidi who then asked me Rudely what did I want and Isaid can I just have my drink and she handed it over at no charge. Not customer service friendly manager at all. The cashier wasa young teenager nice and friendly, but her final mistake was, she put on sticky note, "will be by at 6pm, not after 6pm as ihad told her". Just maybe that is why manager said i was lucky my card had not been cut. Cashier's or any employees mistakes area reflection of/to management. No second chance at this taco bell for me. This location is the only one I'm willing to go to. Fast and hot, and most importantly the workers here do a damn good job. Last... 4 times I got Chick-fil-A service here. If other locations were this good, taco bell would have a chance. Read more
The prices on app was cheaper that's why I got the app but now they are both the same even McDonald's saves 20% on app and have... daily deals I don't like McDonald's but they do have good deals Read more
Actually the worst taco bell I've ever been in. Staff ignoring the lobby completely. 3 employees sitting in a booth and joking... with friends. Another employee sweeping the floor telling people he is just going to sweep for the next 6 hours to burn time. Meanwhile I'm standing there waiting for the order. Finally, 30 minutes later and being the only person in the restaurantbeside staff, I get a bag of food, and no drink. Ask for the drink, takes another 10 minutes to get that. This Taco Bell is close to my house but I rather take the drive to another Taco Bell than go here. The underage staff is always... messing up my order. There has not been a time that I?ve gone here and they haven?t messed up my order. WTH? This is supposed tobe the newest TB in Bradenton. I bought their new crispy chicken box instead they gave me two beef tacos one crunchy and theother soft.. I never ordered that. I don?t even eat beef and have to throw my food away. I spent $42 there today and way moreover the past year & a half. Very disappointed. Do not recommend this spot. Read more
First time there and probably won't go back. I ordered two items and the burrito supreme was so small it was gone in 5 bites.... On the menu it looked like both items had a nice serving of meat but neither did. I was surprised when she asked me if I wantedto order extra meat on it. I declined. I should have asked what they charged for that because I didn't see that option on themenu. Read more
They were open the day after and they were understaffed and once again these guys did a great job the always delicious Taco Bell
