Always enjoyed Sweetberries for evening treat and lunch. Went this week for lunch and ordered a Cuban sandwich which I have... had often. Not on Cuban bread and not pressed. When i called to let them know, the manager pretty much told me that wasimpossible. They were pre pressed? I know what I had. Why would I take the time to call to discuss. Unsanitary. Disgusting. My grandpa?s fav when I was a kid. Sickening floors covered in gross wet rags from leaks and sloppy... scooping. Person handling money brought out cones. Women?s bathroom shutdown (not for cleaning) - men?s yuck. Kids scooping icecream dropped f-bombs when I ordered with an elementary child. Read more

We have been eating here for 15+ years about once a week. It was always great and consistent. Unfortunately the last few times... we have been there the food has been subpar at best. The prices have increased a lot as well. The wait times are too long latelyand they made mistakes on the last two orders. I heard they sold to new owners which makes sense considering how poorly it?sbeing run now. Used to be a good spot, we will unfortunately have to find a new lunch spot. Read more

I?ve been enjoy the food and atmosphere at Sweetberrie?s for over 15 years. Yesterday it was the worst I have seen and tasted. I... walked inside and it smelled awful. I saw the food preparer stuffing something into a cup. I was hoping it was not the custardto be served. I think it was mine. The Chicago dog was not good either. I threw both away. Love the broccoli salad. I could eat a whole tub of this stuff.... And my dog was treated to the doggie cup ice cream

We heard about the incredible dessert ???? so we stopped by to check it out. We ordered and split a hot fudge sundae ???? ????... it rocked!!! Thank goodness we ordered a small, it was enormous, we had to bring some home. The service and workers were verypositive and polite ????. We will return. Read more
