How in the world do you order a chicken wrap and have the person making it forget to put the chicken in it!? Says they close at 9pm but doors are locked 15-20 minutes before and staff just looks at you confused. You would think they... would want all the sales possible to help business. This has happened several times. If you can't stay open until 9pm thenchange your store hours. This is ridiculous. Read more
This is literally the BEST subway I have ever went to. Brenda and the young man there today were so thoughtful, personable, and... knowledgeable, and literally put the Artist in Sandwich Artist. My Subways back home literally give no f$&@! Also, theircookies are actually fresh! YUM Read more
That say you get 2 subs @ 5.00 apiece However when u go to get them they tell you that you must order online. So I order online... but it comes out to regular price. Horrible Service. There were two workers and in the middle of checking me out the one said he had to go to the restroom. I had... already paid but not signed receipt or received the sandwiches. So the person left. The other person came over and threw thereceipt & pen at me then rushed away. I had to reach over grab my 1 sandwich which he didn't bother to put in bag. Got homerealized the 1st guy did not put other items I bought in bag. So I am out $5 And not very happy. How rude! Read more
Been watching this store going down hill. Half the staff acts like they don't want to be there. A few day ago stood at the... online pickup for about 5 minutes with no staff members in sight. Then I see one of the girl employees walk up to a little workstation in the back and picks up her cell phone. I cleared my throat and nothing. Stood there for a few more minutes long enoughto be able to take a picture of her playing on the phone and ignoring a customer. Then I said excuse me and she turned aroundand said "oh". Read more
Clean restaurant, good food. The two line staff were friendly but the lady at the cashier (short spiked grey hair) was just... rude. Very short with customers, acted as if I was wasting her time and corrected her staff in front of the customers, feelsorry for those working under her. The place itself gets 5 stars, her attitude takes away from that unfortunately. Read more
