I ordered a footlong steak n cheese. I ordered double meat and double meat through DD. I received single meat and no cheese. I... called the store, they hung up on me, I called again, a girl answered and she asked what happened so I gave her the details andshe said ?I see?, then she hung up on me. I arrived to do a customers DoorDash to the subway and the building is completely closed, no lights on, door locked nobody... there. The hours on the door state they are open until 10 PM. I went to the nearest store by and a worker informed me that hisgirlfriend was working and that I can still go in she just closes early. This in fact is not true I?m not sure who else this hasaffected but I do feel sorry for the person whom I could not deliver their order. It is 9:20 PM the store is supposed to closeat 10 PM. Worst customer service ever~ first, they don?t carry enough cash in the drawer to break a $50?, so you have to walk to Publix. I... mean my order was like $20, so you don?t have $30 in change in your cash register? Stingy about us using a big cup for water &asked us to put it back after it went over the counter~ that?s unsanitary in most restaurant facilities! They acted like it wasa hassle as my kids had fun ordering their sandwiches.... then at the end, when my daughter said the cookie was hard (we didn?tknow if it was stale or overcooked) and asked for a replacement, they argued with us, insisting they made them fresh thatmorning~ when we stated that the cookie was still hard even if it was made this morning & can we try a different one~ she onlytook one bite & I felt it~ it seemed stale or overcooked~ the point is~ instead of simply apologizing and replacing the cookie,they continued to argue about it, then the manager snapped, asking us to leave?? I remained calm, trying to speak to themanager, as she continued to be disgruntled with us. feel bad that I gave them a tip~ it didn?t feel safe to be there or eatthere. I insisted this was poor customer service, as having worked in the restaurant industry myself for 10 years, so I know badcustomer service when I see it. I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE WHEN I ASKED A WOMAN (WHO SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER) TO CHANGE HER GLOVES. SHE PLACED THE DELI MEATS AND... SUCH ON THE BREAD, USED THE SAME GLOVES TO OPEN TOASTER (PULLING THE MICROWAVE/TOASTER HANDLE), AND THE TRAY ON WHICH THESANDWICH WAS. SHE STARTED CLEARING THE AREA WHILE THE TOASTER RAN. CLEANING UP ITEMS IN THE SANDWICH MAKING AREAS AND SUCH.WHEN I ASKED IF SHE COULD PLEASE CHANGE THE GLOVES BECAUSE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION. TOLD ME SHE TOOK THE SANITATION CLASSES ANDSO DID HER STAFF AND WENT ON AND ON NOT LETTING ME SPEAK UNTIL I ASKED TO PLEASE LET ME TALK AND EXPLAINED THAT TOUCHING DELIMEATS ALL DAY AND THEN TOUCHING HANDLES AND OTHER TRAYS AND SUCH IN THE AREAS CROSS CONTAMINATE. SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WASNOT POSSIBLE, BECAUSE THEY SANITIZED ALL THOSE AREAS THAT MORNING. I EXPLAINED THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU SANITIZE SOMETHING IN THEMORNING, DOESN'T MEAN IT STAYS SANITIZED ALL DAY WHEN YOU ARE MAKING TONS OF SANDWICHES AND TOUCHING ALL THE EQUIPMENT AND STUFFWITH JUICES FROM THE MEATS, STAYS ON THOSE ITEMS COLLECTING BACTERIA, THEN YOU GO AND USE THE SAME GLOVES TO ADD CONDIMENTSLETTUCE, TOMATOES, ETC. WHICH SHE WAS CROSS CONTAMINATING FOR EVERYONE. SHE TOLD ME THAT NOTHING WAS GETTING CROSS CONTAMINATEDAND THEN PULLED THE MAYO SQUEEZER AND SAID "I GUESS I AM CROSS CONTAMINATING THIS TOO, EH?"
