We just swung by for a drive through pickup. Didn't need to call ahead and got our order promptly. Their location is convenient... and easy to get in and out from either direction, and there are ways to sneak through the back ways to get to some neighboringdevelopments on your errands. Very friendly staff. Barista asked clarifying questions to ensure my order was accurate.
So disappointing. Everytime I start to like something you guys take it away. The kiwi star fruit refresher, the turkey pesto... panini and now the apple crisp macchiato that hasnt been available the last 4 times I've gone. They always tell me they can makeme something that tastes just like it but it never does. I've wasted enough money, I get food and a large drink m-f before workand I will no longer be getting it from the inconsistent starbucks. I frequent this Starbucks almost daily and it typically is great but, they have started getting orders wrong or forgetting... items. Seems like when some workers get a busy rush they start to fumble. With prices going up everywhere it?s very frustratingto go through the drive thru, go to work, and then realize something isn?t included. While I mostly check the bag before Ileave, I shouldn?t have to check it every single time and pull out all the items to make sure it?s correct, especially with aline forming behind me. Read more
Went on several occasions and on their site on the web says they?re open until 8 and on two occasions went and they?re closed at... 7pm doors locked lights out and people inside they said they close at 7pm really a Starbucks closes so early? Since when? Theylooked like they were having a party on both occasions, too may youngsters in there and closed up,?hmm Read more
I would suggest Starbucks reorganize their system if processing orders- I walked in and waited 15 minutes because they were... processing a bunch of drive through and mobile orders (that just sat on the counter and melted) ahead of walk incustomers. They have an issue with consistency. Other Starbucks on the area might get my order wrong 1/10 times. With this one, it's... correct about half the time. Read more
