I called customer service and they... told me that the district manager was going to call me in 48 hours and has been 2 weeks and nothing. My daughter was wanting to try the Pink drink (and a couple others) and I received the recommendation for the Dragon drink,... which happens to be The Partner of the week - Chloe?s favorite and I can see why. The people are friendly and they've always gotten my order right. They get busy often throughout the day. They're in a busy... location. It's 50/50 whether you'll be in and out, or if they'll be slow that day. Outside seating is adequate, but seating inthe shade is very limited, and the last few months, seating inside is freezing. Sitting outside, I've heard many people commenton how cold it is inside. Some even go over to McDonald's because it's more comfortable. Overall, I'll keep going there becausethe people are friendly and they're better than the other Starbucks nearby, but it's not a particularly good hangout spot.
