Terrible layout, always a jammed up parking lot and now they send a person out to stop you before you get to the speaker so they... can take your order and hold up the line worse. Why, because management is trying to get their drive through times down to makethe store look better to corporate by making it look like people are getting in on and out quickly when in reality wait timesare longer than ever. Starbucks coffee is always amazing, but I'd like to give a special shout out to these fine men and women working here today,... July 12th at 1030 Am. They were slammed, coffee slinging left and right... tons of people in line for mobile orders, uberorders and in the drive thru. But all these special folks had smiles on their faces, worked together like champs and cranked outthe delicious coffee like true experts! Thank you all so much! Read more
Let me start by saying I LOVE STARBUCKS. However this location today was so disappointing. They couldn't figure out how to... enter my order. I didn't order anything complicated. My order was an Iced Venti Mocha Macchiato with coconut milk. I am LACTOSEintolerant. Got that squared away. Get up to the window and they hand me a grande. They remake my drink, which is great. I pullaway. I get to work I am halfway through my drink which was ok. It had a ton of caramel in it which I said not to do and Ididn't notice that they remade it with MILK. There was so much caramel and mocha that I didn't notice until my stomach startedtwisting in pain!!!! When someone orders a drink with MILK ALTERNATIVE there is a reason. Starbucks never disappoints. The quality makes up for any wait. Always worth the trip. My 6 yr old would agree as well.
The service provided was so unacceptable today and really made me frustrated as a customer. After ordering being told the amount... to be paid, waiting 15-minutes in the line only to get to the window to pay and waiting another 3-minutes to be acknowledgedthat they were out of what I ordered! No apologies, I could have exited and been alright with been told they were out of theitem but being allowed to order the item, told the price and then made to wait is inexcusable behavior from a business thatoffered no apology or something for my time. Do better Starbucks! You are getting rid of customers for poor customer service. Read more
This is the store that helped me decide never to support Starbucks again. After receiving written responses from Starbucks... corporate that they will never charge for non-dairy milk (unless I added more than 4oz), this morning I was charged for soy milkwith my tea. It made me realize that Starbucks will never change. Their corporate greed and lack of morals is astonishing. Theypenalize anyone who makes a choice not to abuse animals and rewards those who do. First the lady at the drive thru was super polite and nice. My issue is I ordered a Venti Vanilla Latte and when I went to... drink it a few miles later when it was cooler, I realized they only filled it under 3/4 of the way with coffee. Why did I payfor a venti and not get a full cup. I order this a lot and never had this happen. I thought if felt light when handed to mebut was in a rush. Very disappointed... Read more
