I made an order that cost 19.00 and some change the order was never delivered. I made several attempts to call Bradenton, Fl.... Location for two hours, no one ever answered; I then called the 866 number, I was placed on hold; then, after speaking with areal natural person, I explained the situation to her only to be put on 3-minute hold, when she returned only to tell me wouldreceive a refund in 5 -7 days not counting weekends It didn't take 5-7 days to take my money.
