Panera Bread Manatee Ave ownership (corporate or otherwise): FIGURE IT OUT. Stop gaslighting your customers with the virus... worker shortage excuse and pay what is needed to open your dining area! Your customers blame you, the ownership, even if it?snot being voiced. It?s tough to voice complaints when the only point of contact is employees, as it?s not their fault. But youdesigned it that way, never taking accountability for the ?new normal? that you clearly prefer for profits. So your employeeshave enough time to walk out curbside orders to the far side of the parking lot but they can?t wipe down the dining areaoccasionally? I call BS. You can?t reopen the dining area because you don?t want to do what?s needed to make it happen, plainand simple. Your location, like every other Panera, has a HUGE dining area that people used to enjoy dining in, maybe youforgot. Like many other people who won?t leave reviews, we won?t be coming to your establishment until you get it back to normaland serve your customers properly instead of making your customers serve your greedy interests. My son loved his vegan cheese pizza. My daughter and I shared the Signature Take and was ahocked at how small it was for the... price. Our chicken was also very over done. It cut my mouth. My mother enjoyed her chipotle chicken avacado melt. Read more

Unfortunately, we were disappointed once again. We had not ordered in awhile due to previous disappointment. My chicken... frontage had very little chicken. The Greek salads did not have the olives and feta. We did not receive the chips and thebaguette. Had to ask for the apples and missed those two items. We are done with Panera. Read more
Pulled up to the drive through, order time was quick and efficient so I thought this was going to be a great Panera... experience... we ordered two cinnamon crunch bagels, "bread sliced" (I get them like this everywhere I go, easy for my kids toeat), and a yogurt parfait. The bagels came out first, and we peered in the bag to realize that the bagels were not breadsliced, but simply sliced in half as if to be toasted, that's fine, it's an easy fix! The man came to window again with ouryogurt parfait (which was the skimpiest parfait I have ever received at Panera) and we explained to him that we had asked forthe bagels to be bread sliced. After we had to explain what that meant, he took our bagels. Normally when I get the bagels thisway, they are given to me nice and neat in a little to go box, or in separate bags... just the precision I am used to fromPanera Bread. However, he brought the same bag back out to the window and when we looked in the bag the bagel slices were allthrown in the bag as if picked up and tossed in. Always a great place to eat. The menu seems a little smaller than usual because of Covid. Awesome service, they were... completely aware of how to make us comfortable to eat there. They all wore masks ???? and gloves alongside with several handsanitizer stations. Read more
This is absolutely the worst Panera Bread location. They treat their customers like they are a burden. Removed curbside pickup... but also will not allow you to pick up via drive thru. Read more
