I'm not sure if employees just don't like their job or what, but there are zero customer service skills. No "hello's", no "here... you go" or "is there anything else I can get you". They just hand you your item and turn their back on you. You ask forsomething like sauce or napkins etc and it's like an extra chore for them. Super disappointed with this location. Stopped by for egg mcmuffin. Amazing team of ladies + (1 gent) running the kitchen and service area. Didn't catch cashier's... name but overheard her saying she has no power at home ???? (Ian). Thank you for feeding me! Read more
0 stars if possible. Drive thru is horrible. Completely wrong order. I tell the lady at the window that it's the wrong order.... Her response was "don't get mad". I explained to her that I wasn't mad, that the order was just wrong. Waited patiently for myorder to be corrected. If you make a mistake, don't try to negate it by blaming the customer. Ordered curbside pickup, food was out in less than 5 mins and was hot & fresh. They cook the hashbrowns the right way at this... location so they aren't soggy and stuck to the wrapper. Everything in my order was correct and they even gave me some ketchuppackets for my hashbrowns without me having to ask. I appreciate it! Read more
We ordered breakfast with mobile order and pay. Pulled into our spot. Order came out within 5 minutes. All 4 of our orders were... correct. Food was hot and fresh. All the utensils and condiments were placed in seperate bags which is a nice touch. Read more
I stop there once I a while. Ordered my meal. Cashier friendly and attentive. Then the fries were placed on the tray first ... After 5 minutes sitting there a team leader took them back to fries warmer as she noticed that I noticed. Anne the ?manager? has literally the worst attitude. For the first time in god knows how long decided to go to McDonald?s which... was my bad to even decide to do so and Anne was ?helping? me and my husband and I can?t believe the lack of customer servicethis place had. Not a single hi, how are you or thank you. I couldn?t even ask for a straw or extra napkins with out getting aneye roll and was told I have to pay 50 cents for an extra ranch and that I would have to drive back around for!
