A gem! We have been enjoying IHOP lately and compared to some highly rated restaurants in Bradenton IHOP beats them hands... down. The service at IHOP is IMPECCABLE and a lot (if not all) restaurants can and should learn from them! The food quality isgreat for the price and what it is. This restaurant is a joy! COME BACK and give them another try!! When I was here once in 2020 and once in 2021 it was down right horrible. Bad service,... food was either raw or disgustingly overcooked. NOT ANYMORE!! :-) The servers are AMAZING! The food in OUTSTANDING!! I saw moregood reviews popping up, so I gave them another try. HOT DAMN, I'm glad I did! I will never, ever step foot in this I hop or any other one for that matter. Over easy eggs hard af, grandaughters burger was... charcoal, our toast was days old & hard, sausage burnt and much more. I have never had a restaurant make such a sorry excuse.That being that the cook was from a different location and their kitchen is set up differently ( lie) we waited almost 40minutes for our food when they only had 5 tables to serve. And then others came in that were friends or family to the employeesand they got served quickly and no problems with their food. To say their excuse was lame is an understatement. Read more
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. Our waitress was really awesome though. I heard the waitresses arguing... with the hostess about being double seated. It was very alarming that I could hear their conversation. Their employeeworkstation should be in the back of house. How about being grateful you have two tables instead of complaining. ???? So on Wednesday nights a large group of us normally go to IHOP after church, but lately the service has been 1 waitress and 1... Cook for the whole restaurant. Our waitress even walked out and quit one night. Well, the manager stepped in and made somechanges and tonight was a Wow night. We had coffee, and our whole groups food in under 15 minutes. The whole group!! The foodwas hot, fresh, and perfect. WOW!! THE COOK WAS AMAZING!! Special shout out to an OUTSTANDING waitress named Turquoise. SHE ISWHO KEPT US AS PATRONS... BEST WAITRESS EVER!!! Came in for food it has always been a hit or a miss, but Megan got us seated quickly and got our orders in. We looked around and... where our seat was we noticed that it was just Megan and one cook (Mike Jones). The service and food was fantastic. Megan was ontop of all the tables and to go orders and was running around to everyone. This had to have been one of the best service we havegotten from there and the best food we have gotten. We talked to Megan a bit and she said it was the only the two of them in andthat Mike was still fairly new to the team. His food was some of the best we have gotten from any ihop in different states.Megan also seated us in a section away from other but not to far of a walk from the door because she noticed my wife wasdisabled she did that for others who came in as well that were disabled. 10 out of 10 would come back.
