I'm so frustrated with this place. I like the concept and the food is good unless you purchase something that was not well... marked. Some of the meals are chicken breast, some thighs and some dark meat and unless you read the small list of ingredientsyou don't know which. I was very clear today I did not want dark meat I only like chicken breast. I purchase 5 meals and justmade one for dinner. I had to spit out the chicken it was chewy. I look at the ingredients and I have Chicken Thighs. Ipurchased 2 of these. Totally sucks they ALL just say Chicken and are not clear on the packaging. I'm changing to the 5 startsbecause they were so nice when I brought back the bad ones and they replaced them. Giving this place the highest rating possible. I come in every Sunday morning now, mind you I?ve been there now twice before.... Either way the employees have greeted me and did not make me feel under pressure or uncomfortable. I love the portion controland being able to log macros into my calorie counter. I have been getting my meals since January 2021. The food is great with many options to choose from. The team is friendly and... professional. I have been working with Sierra and she has done a great job with meal planning and general health information. Iwould recommend trying there food and service if you are in need of prepared meals. My Mom just got out of the hospital and my Dad is her caretaker which typically means they are eating frozen dinners and take... out. They also live outside the delivery area for all of the food delivery apps. I live in Atlanta so I was looking for asolution that could feed them healthy food that was palatable for people over 60 and that would not break the bank. I calledfitlife and explained my situation and they told me how their service worked. They also did so with empathy and were willing todo whatever it took to help my parents. You have no idea what that means to the consumer to feel like someone cares and wantsto help. I often feel helpless up here in Atlanta with my aging parents down in Florida. I was able to view the inventory thatthey had in the store, pick out their meals for the next few days and when my parents arrived about 45min later they ran out thedoor with their food. My parents did not even have to get out of the car. After they picked it up I received a phone call fromHailey and Victoria letting me know that they got their food and told me how sweet my mom was. That is epitome of customerservice and I will definitely share my experience. Its sad that service like this rare now-a-days. Thank you for taking care ofmy parents when I could not. Read more

Awesome meals! We are so happy to have found this place. We tried many options prior to Fitlife Foods and the majority of them... didn?t taste good. We ordered these meals to make our lives easier in this crazy time, which it did. The meals looked great but once they were... heated they were extremely bland and the quality of the meat was just barely acceptable (especially the chicken it was fatty andhad a lot of dark meat). The shrimp and Salmon was also slightly fishy and I had to cover it in Hot sauce to hide that. I wasvery disappointed in all these meals. I had previously got meals from the one in St Pete and the meals there were muchbetter. I would like to say I would order these again for convenience purposes but unfortunately the quality was just not there. Read more

I can?t believe how good the good actually is! While I wish they had more Paleo options, this has been a delicious time saving... option for me. Great selection of items and super convenient to bring to work. My favorite is the Tampa Bay Mac n Cheese ! It was so yummy and... the mac n cheese had a full serving of veggies in it. I love that their dishes are indulgent without the guilt. A definite musttry ! Read more
