My family and I visited First Watch after Sunday Mass. We are never, never disappointed with the food or waitstaff. The luncheon... we had was beyond delicious and we even sat outdoors in order to bypass the number of people waiting inside. We even started atrend because more people sat outdoors while we were there. Service was quicker (we didn?t have to wait for a table indoors)because we sat outdoors but the service was no different than what we had seen in the past. I usually always order the Kale ???? Tonic here but decided to try the Purple Haze special. Wow! ???? Unique & refreshing... drink! Ended up ordering 2 with their fabulous avocado ???? toast. Absolutely love the Manager at this location. Anabsolute pleasure to interact with a very hard working human that is also very nice, personable and professional. Petitioningfor him to be cloned. ???? My mother brought me here for my birthday brunch. Seated right away. It was FREEZING! I thought we might be directly under the... A/C vent, so we moved to another booth, just as freezing. All the wait staff are wearing long sleeves, jeans, some had sweaters.Our coffee cooled off before we could even drink it. We asked the waitress, she said "yeah, its really cold in here". So, bringa sweater. We were concerned that our food would be cold really fast. It arrives, one order was not right. I told my mother toeat, before it got cold while we waiting for the other plate. When the replacement showed up, it was correct but extremelymediocre. The potatoes were mostly burnt leftover scraps. The few actual potatoes were raw. When asked if the replacement wasgood, I mentioned my issues. She said "the manager has already taken it off your bill". I never want a free meal. I prefer thefirst plate to be the proper plate.
