Employees at drive-thru need more customer service training. The hot coffee machine has been broken for more than a month.
By far the worst dunkin. They're constantly out of stock on everything and when they do have food its "our oven is down" ... they'll claim to have a 30 minute wait when you're the only person at the store. Will not be going here anymore. Read more
Went this morning to get sandwiches and sweet tea , when I was drinking sweet tea it was off no good start . I believe they used... it again from yesterday. I won?t be coming back over here . Its dunkin, the coffee and food is what it is. However, this particular location can't seem to get it together. My coffee... order is usually wrong which shouldn't be hard because I order black coffee. My order always has to be reconfirmed at thewindow as if they dont know who's doing what.. The wraps are sloppily made and I usually have to reassemble. Today the lid tothe coffee was dirty which isn't the biggest of deals except that is was on the opening to drink. Please be more mindful. Have been here a few times and have been completely unimpressed. They are open til 8 but once they run out of donuts,... regardless of the time, they don't make more. They don't make things off the menu after a certain time either...its always "weare out". Nothing is ever restocked and staff is rude. The last time we went the front doors were locked and there was no noteor anything stating why. An employee came out, to smoke, and said we had to go thru the drive thru. The employee at the drivethru said they had no donuts. SERIOUSLY! They close at 8pm and it was 3pm. RIDICULOUS. Read more
Horrible. I ordered a large iced coffee with ONE cream and essentially received all cream with a splash of coffee. My cinnamon... raisin bagel with cream cheese was a plain bagel with nothing. I will NEVER go back. Read more
So rude and very disrespectful drive thru girl. I was ordering and once I ordered a third item she sighed and said we don?t have... that much food. I repeated myself once because she was asking for what I said and she got mad and said I know ma?am I heard you!Like why not start there first instead of wasting my time, if you don?t like your job then quit.
