The new management is the only reason I still visit this location. I had lost hope long ago, but after placing an order out of... purely being close by & having extremely low expectations? Pretty disappointed in this location. Food was cold AND burnt, don't know how they managed that one. They got my donuts wrong... and when it was attempted to be corrected it was still wrong. I also ordered the neat little spider ones for the kids and I'vehad them from other locations, no they were perfect but this was just lazy. Or they've never seen what a spider looks like? Read more
This dunkin has gone way downhill. The past three times I've gotten a ice coffee, it has tasted like the bottom of the jug.... Coffee grinds, watered down, terrible, and they didn't even put the flavoring that I asked for... Isn't the the point in gettinga hazelnut ice coffee? One of the times I got a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted and it tasted stale. This last time I orderedstuffed onion and chive bagels, I got one chive bagel and one everything bagel... And literally every time we go, we get handedour stuff and the person at the window says nothing at all. So I have to guess or verify that we received everything. We've had3 different staff members at the window too... We will gladly take our money out of our way to get better food and service. Read more
Came in on a Sunday afternoon and Omani was the only one working. The drive thru was continuous as well as people walking inside... the store. He was able to help everyone within a reasonable time and was polite while doing so. This man deserves a bonus forthe way he handled the situation at hand. Cheers to him! Read more
Had what I needed without a long wait time. However, I do miss the days of seeing a selection of donuts on display. The... selections are pretty slim. However, I wanted donuts and got just that. If there were more than a selection of three types Iwould have gotten more. Read more
Past 2x I came to this particular location the coffee was horrible. This morning after pulling off I tried the coffee and it... was cold. I mean not even Luke warm. Steam milk taste like they just poured in cold milk and a coffee flavor. Only reason for2 stars is because the staff there was nice. Read more
My order was ready in speedy fashion and the staff at this location was very friendly. There is also a Baskin-Robbins in the... same store space, so you can satisfy your ice cream cravings as well. Read more
The lady that greeted me as I came in the store put a smile on my face. It?s quite a refreshing feeling to feel so genuinely... welcomed into a place. The donuts and coffee were fresh made and tasted great. Excellent service! Read more
