Arrived at the store at 7:30pm and I was looking to purchase a couple of "wake-up wraps" both employees were rude about not... being able to serve this item, 30 minutes before closing. 10/5/2022 - Apparently this Dunkin Donuts has so much money, that they are the only fast food restaurant in the US that doesn?t... do add ons at the window. Not sure how much a box of donuts costs, but I was going to buy 3 for an event at my office. No donutsat my event, but I was definitely not going to go through the drive thru again. Service was terrible at the drive through. I ordered 2 things and they got 1/2 wrong. I asked for Bagel Sandwich and... specifically asked for sesame seed when they asked what type of bagel and they gave me a croissant. Seems like they were justwanting to get rid of people as fast as possible without even checking what they ordered, even though I was the only one inline. Absolutely terrible. This is the closest to my house and I will always drive 10 mins further to the next one just to avoidthis place! Read more
This DD is an absolute disaster. Sad that is the only one near me. I only try to go on the weekends, but I will be giving up... on that as well. There is no respect for customers, management is as bad as the rest of the employees. Not one single timehave I had a good experience. Today my coffee was more ice than coffee. I will NOT spend another penny at this location. Please closedown or hire people that will work. Read more
