The one star is because the pizza is OK. The Manager needs training on how to work with people with disabilities. I do not... recommend that any one with any kind of disability (mental, physical or unseen) apply to work at this Domino's pizza location. Highly disappointed in managers lack of communication and compassion. Obviously the work spoke for itself or she would not havebeen scheduled full time and doing time trials for upper management...oh and then last time I checked, you did not need to havea bubbly personality to make pizza. The job was not needed, the experience was, and the takeaway is that Domino's Pizza needsto do a ton of management training. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Read more
Terrible. Ordered a pizza on a Friday evening, 2 hours later no pizza the tracker said they haven't even started preparing it. I... tried to call but no one answers the phone. I drive to pick it up and I was told deliver can take up to 3-4 hours. Are youkidding me, this is the worst experience I ever had. I cancelled order. Fast forward a couple weeks later on a Monday night, Igot home from work and made a mistake and ordered again. . Again 90 mins later and no pizza. 2x with me is enough of terribleservice. Last night I placed an order for garlic chicken wings but instead received chicken wings smothered with ranch sauce. I was very... disappointed to say the least and being that it was so late nearly 12 and closing time I decided not to call to have the ordercorrected. I however will be contacting them today see photo attached. It shouldn't be that difficult to get an order right thatis placed over the phone considering you have a ticket and should routinely check the ticket to make sure that you are in factsending out the right order to the right customer. This is probably the worst experience I?ve had with dominos. We ordered extra everything; toppings, sauces and cheeses. We got... none of it even though we paid for it. The pizzas were barley even cooked we literally had to put them in the oven to finishthem off when we got home. We usually go to the branch on Holmes beach which is spot on every time. It?s sad to say but thisplace really dropped the ball for us and the dominos name. Read more
