Ordered 12 piece chicken nugget, waited 15 mins inside and finally got my order 2 mins before they close. Get in my car and... drive away to find out they gave me a chicken sandwich. I turned around and went back and was able to get back inside. Theytried to refund me the difference and make me keep the sandwich but I said no, I didn?t order the sandwich so please refund myorder, to which they did. For someone who had to wait 36 minutes in drive thru for a mobile order, they should get it right. U had 36 minutes to make a... sandwich. No cheese, no added bacon which I paid for. 9 nuggets in my daughters 12 piece. Every time I go here, my order iswrong. Not happy at all. And I drive 30 mins to get there. I?ve never left a negative review for Chick-fil-A before. My kids were super excited to try out this playground, and us parents... were so looking forward to to sitting and eating while the kids played. Super disappointed, the playground is closed ?forsafety due to current health conditions? it?s just an excuse, we left to drive 25 minutes to another Chick-fil-A, one with anopen playground, that cares about families and children. The food was ready right away. The staff members were all extremley helpful and catered to whatever I needed. Refilled my drink... while I sat down and ate inside. Every worker was very polite and helpful. Manager should be proud of all the great workersworking here. Read more
They gave me mayo packets instead of my ranch ???? I always dip my fries in the ranch sauce. Mayo is not an equivalent. I'm... shook. Still giving 4 stars because it's Chick-fil-A and the rest of my order was perfect. I'm just disappointed I didn't get mysauce. Read more
