Such unprofessional people work here. The group in back preparing food was working their butts off, the oldest person a lady was... working the drive thru, the youngest girl was walking around complaining and not doing anything but talking and getting in theway... manager seemed like he didn't control the situation. Crazy experience. We went there with 3 kids after a day at the beach. Order went through and we paid by AMEX. The young boy at... the cashier told me the payment didn?t go thru and we have to pay again. He gave me a ticket saying paid but the POS was frozen.We asked for the manager who finally arrived. Didn?t look at us and left. They told us to leave and close the windows. Thepayment went thru. This is simply stealing people. Incredible Read more
Worst experience ever. I ordered food for 3 kids and I paid. Then they said that the transaction was not ok because their... terminal broke and I have to pay again. I said no because I saw on my Amex that the transaction was ok. They argued and refusedto give me my food. Now I have my Amex statement, I paid $38 at burger and. They never give me my food. Yesterday I order a whopper meal with a extra whopper with no ketchup or tomato since I have an allergy when I opened my... sandwich I checked it and behold there was tomato and ketchup so I called them back and told them about what happened and sinceI was on my way to work they told me to give my name and I could pick it up the next day. So before I when to go get it todaythey manager agreed with me and told me that I was lying and that they never got a call and refused to do anything about it. Nowwhat happened if I did take a bite while driving to work and happened to get into a car accident do to my throat swelling andswivered into traffic.
