This is by far the best place in Florida to get a smoothie, shake or tea. Their shakes are not only healthy but taste amazing.... My girlfriend and I have come here close to daily for a year and the best part about this place is not their drinks, it's thepeople. Filiz and Joe are so welcoming and make the place feel like a home. They always give us flavors to try and make our daysbetter. People keep coming here for a reason, definitely a must have if you're in the area. Love this place. I work down the street so me and the girls I work with go a couple times a week to get a healthy lunch in... rather than fast food like we used to do prior to the opening of this place! Their shakes legit keep me full and also curb mysweet tooth. Their teas are really great too especially if you need some extra hydration but are sick of drinking plain water.You can add collagen, probiotic, immunity and all sorts of stuff to the teas and shakes. **UPDATED REVIEW BELOW - WRITTEN 01/24/22 ( ITS GOOD I PROMISE) really like this place. Filiz is a wonderful, strong, and... beautiful woman inside and out. She and the others who work there are very kind. The place is super cute inside. I haven't hadanything bad from there. As someone who is very into health and fitness, I appreciate the clean ingredients. I haven't hadeverything on the menu yet, but so far I THINK the blackberry cobbler protein shake is my fave. Second would probably be Reesecup. Oh, and if you get the blackberry cobbler shake, do yourself a favor and get some graham cracker topping to mix in - verygood combination. There is a magazine there with Filiz on the cover, if you haven't read her article, I encourage you to getto know her a little and read it. Wow what a story. I stopped by here after a day at the beach, wanting a nice refreshment and I was not let down! Bayshore Nutrition is a really... hip, adorably decorated place and it?s vibes are on point. They have a good menu, lots of different options. If you?ve nevertried an energized tea you are really are missing out. They have healthy caffeine, taste AMAZING, and are not really actuallyteas. They don?t taste like an herbal tea, it?s more a fruity drink. I got the blue razz peach, and though I don?t think ittasted how it was named, it was super refreshing and the perfect pick-me-up after spending a few hours in the draining sun. Theshakes are awesome. I got the mocha latte one and it?s the best shake I?ve had from a nutrition place in a while. It was blendedperfectly and just super chocolately and delicious. The owners were super friendly too. I had a great conversation with them. Iwill say, no nutrition place is cheap but it seemed like it was even a little spendier than other places I?ve been. Filiz and Joe are such sweethearts and they really put a lot of time and attention to detail into their business. I?ve watched... them for months on Instagram as they were getting the busy ready to go. I went in today for the soft opening and I am impressed.The space is clean, comforting and relaxing.
