I enjoy coming here, all of the employees are friendly and work hard. My problem is with a supervisor (I believe she is) Lily... she is very rude with her employees, bossy and very unpleasant. Annoying how it's usually closed only drive thru!?..get yourselves together eh! Let's not talk about the hours. Badly managed...

The people who work there are always lovely, drinks are always made great however I don?t understand the store hours. I checked... the time online, 6:00am open however when I get there for 6:45 all the lights on and employees inside, but the drive-thru isclosed, evident when you pull up and the screen says as much, and the front door is still locked. You try to ask why and theemployees stare at you through the window? it?s a little inconvenient and definitely deters you from wanting to come back whenthere?s no set hours online or at the store. i had an amazing experience here. the lady taking my order was very nice. however, when the lady taking my order made herself a... water, it was right next to the bar. another worker, i?m not sure if she was a manager or not, said very loudly to her while shewas pouring herself a water: ?you?re not on bar so get off bar? and the lady who took my order looked mortified and the otherworker just looked really irritated. i thought it was really unprofessional to not only say that to one of your coworkers but tosay it in front of other coworkers and customers. Should I just appreciate there is Starbucks in Bracebridge? I like inside atmosphere. Clean and cozy. I just don?t understand... the closing time. They closed at 7pm. Maybe they don?t have employees to work till late?? I understand for winter, normallyquiet by 7pm in this area. But for Summer? Lots of tourist pass by. Close at 7 doesn?t make sense. I wish they close at least 9for summer. Anyways by 6:30pm, staff started to clean up and put all the chairs up to tables. They didn?t say anything but I hadto leave even earlier than closing time. Absolute terrible experience. Right from the moment I pulled up to the screen and speaker, the screen wasn't working, no one... told me the total or confirmed my order was correct (which is wasn't). When I reached the window, no one spoke just thrusted mydrink towards me and then turned there back to the window, waited a minute or so pushed the debit machine out (I was paying withmy starbucks app) which clearly irritated the person in the window (even though they never asked how I was paying). My drink wasmade incorrect, my food item was cold and had a sticker from an earlier order on it, time stamped almost 45 minutesprevious. The lady who took my order turned out to be the store manager, who offered nothing but attitude and annoyance that Iwas still in the drive thru and causing there times to go up. Read more
