Waited about 1/2 hour to get thru drive thru only to receive very over cooked chicken & cold fries, no other condiments or even... napkins. Drinks no 7UP flavouring just bland soda water.Tried to go back but they were closed. Made a complaint thru corporate.Got a very sorry but no compensation or any contact from owner/management. They obviously don?t care. Last time I go to thislocation location. Will go to a Mary Brown?s or Popeye?s. Time for a new management. $26 for nothing, big ripoff. Now elevendays later, no return call from management. Can?t reach them by phone. Highly recommend you eat elsewhere. Read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The way this store is ran is a disaster. No one seems to take orders when its clearly... open which creates a lineup of people waiting to be served so they give up and drive up to the window where they just stare atyou in the window and don't even tell you if its open or not. Other times they just walk around the kitchen and completelyignore you. Read more

They are Never open. And when they are they never answer the phone or have online ordering available, you can?t even go into the... store. This is the only KFC I ever been at that only the drive thru is open , been there several times now and not once I have been... able to go inside during regular hours , its always only drive thru open which is pathetic. If the can't serve inside then closethe entire place down, not everyone drives !!! Read more

Worst experience ever, everything was cold, gravy was cold and watery. Waited 20 min in drive thru to order because you couldn't... walk in for some reason. I had to drive through again because they forgot the fries in 2 of the 3 combos. The guy had the nerveto argue with me about what I ordered. Still didn't get salt which I asked for 3 times. Make sure you verify all of our items are in your order before you pay, I've never had a place more consistently leave things... out of my order, things I've paid for, than this one restaurant. Nice staff, just maybe overwhelmed with 1 car in the drivethrough every 5 ish minutes? Read more
