I've been eating domino's for years and today was the final nail in that coffin, they always forget dips or pop when i order and... then I'm told it will be credited I'm owed like 8 2L and 5 dips but is it anywhere no. On top of that i pay extra for deliverycuz I'm out of town and you still screw up and wonder why i refuse to pay full price for half an order. Well today i place myorder at 1130 am and get there at 1226 pm the app tells me my order has been ready for 20 minutes or so i walk in and it's stillin the oven in fact i had to wait 5 more minutes for it to finish it took them an hour to make 1 pizza and it wasn't even caredfor because it was a free pizza from being a loyal customer so i got pushed back till i walked in, hope this place closes soonor gets better employees Read more

Great pizza, horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza with some dips on the side. FIRST they messed up the delivery, the... pizza was not hot when it arrived. They delivered without the already paid for dips, and when I called to ask where my dip wasthey said they forgot, the lady on the phone was very rude. I will not be ordering from this store anymore, plenty of otheroptions in town that know how to treat their customers. Read more
We pre-ordered 26 large pizzas from Dominos in Bracebridge and pre-paid. We had someone meet the delivery driver upon arrival... and tip. All went smoothly and the pizza was economically priced for a late night snack. It was very welcomed by the guests! Wewould highly recommend doing this for a late night snack.
